Damaged Goods
Goods should be thoroughly inspected when you receive them for defects or damage. We are unable to credit items which have been installed. If you find a defect or damage you must tell us within 7 days. Where outer packaging is damaged in transit please ensure that if you accept the delivery you sign the delivery note "Damaged Consignment". By signing your delivery note you are signing to say that you have received the item/s in good condition. Should your product have a manufacturing defect we will do every thing in our power to replace your item as soon as possible. If you need to report a damaged or defective product you will need to fill in a Returns Form.

Unwanted Goods
In accordance with the new European Directive on distance selling, which has been incorporated into UK law by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Act) Regulations 2000, you the consumer have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the goods. Cancellation must be in the form of a facsimile, email or letter and sent to our address as listed on the contact us page along with a copy of a returns form Returns Form.
You will have to pay the cost of returning the goods to us, all other monies will be returned within 30 days from when goods are received back (this does not include the time it takes to be returned), on the understanding that the goods are returned in the condition in which they were received. We will send you a Payment Request for the £20.00 Carrier collection fee and £15.50 Parcel Force collection fee (for smaller items), once this is paid we will arrange for the collection of your goods. Items delivered by any third party carrier service will be charge the same rate for collections. Once we have received the goods and confirmed that they have been returned in the condition in which they were received a refund will be issued.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
We will however not accept back goods that have been opened or used. If you return goods that have been opened or used and are unsuitable for re-sale we will be unable to offer the full refund and you will be charged accordingly.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
YOU MUST OBTAIN A RETURNS I.D NUMBER and write it in the returns I.D number box in the top right hand side of the returns form. NO items will be collected without one. A returns I.D number can be obtained by calling the customer service team on 01920 481000.
We cannot be responsible for lost or misplaced goods that do not have a returns I.D number.
